Contact usAre your unlimited plans really unlimited?
Yes. Once you subscribe to one of our Unlimited Design or Website plans you can submit as many requests as you need to. Once we finish with a request, we move on the next one on the design board.
How long until I receive my designs?
Most designs requests are completed with in 2- 3 days. Larger or more complex requests will take more time.
How will I Submit Design requests?
We’re flexible in the way you can submit design requests. The most preferred method is using our requests board where you can submit requests and track them. You can also submit requests using our contact form on our website or by email us using your job board email which links directly to our requests board.
Which programs do you use?
We do most of our work on Figma, but we also use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-Design.
Who are the designers?
We have in-house designers and creative director who will be creating awesome designs for your brand. We also have a few remote designers that are part of the team.
What happens if I don’t like the design?
You have unlimited revisions! We’ll revise the designs based on your feedback until you are 100% satisfied with it.
How does the Unlimited Website membership work?
Basically, the Unlimited Website Membership works the same as the design requests. You’ll get the same unlimited requests for the design of the website with unlimited revisions. We’ll also develop and set your new website in WordPress. E-commerce is included in this plan. We’ll work with SureCart, WooCommerce, FluentCart, NorthCommerce, etc.
Once your website is complete, we’ll continue to manage, support & maintain your website ensuring your website is always up-to-date, performing optimally, and secure. Fast, dedicated business class hosting is also included! Enterprise hosting is optional.
I have a large design request. How is that managed?
Large requests like websites, UI/UX, etc. are broken down and managed by MIO Creative on our requests board that you’ll have access to and can track progress and feedback. You will still received completed sub-tasks work for large requests every 2-3 days. This makes it easier for you to see and track progress.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
MIO Creative currently does not offer the following design work:
- Videos
- Some more complex packaging
- 3D modeling
- Copywriting at the moment (coming soon)
- Extensive print design e-books, books, magazines, etc.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are issued after the first week. If you ask for a refund during your first week, we’ll refund you 75% of the total monthly fee. No refunds will be issued for any completed work after the first week.
How does Project Based Design work?
Our project based web design & development services we’ll create a website that is functional, fast, and modern design that works, not based on fads that fade after 6 months or so.
Themed Starter Websites
Standard starts from $8,500.
E-Commerce starts from $9,500.Custom Websites
Standard custom websites start from $15,500.
Custom E-Commerce websites start from $17,500.If you aren’t ready to sign up for a design subscription or prefer, for some reason, to pay by hours worked, please contact us for more info. You can also purchase blocks of time per month. Our hourly rate drops when you purchase blocks of time. Our standard hourly rate without blocks purchased is $120/hr. with a minimum of 2 hours required.
All Project Based Design work requires a minimum deposit before any work begins (usually 50%).
